March 26th, 2026I can’t say enough good things about this tanning salon! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and super relaxing. The equipment is always well-maintained, and you can tell they really care about giving customers the best experience possible. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single employee is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you get the results you want. They take the time to explain everything, recommend the best lotions or services for your skin type, and never make you feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find a place where customer service is this consistent, but they absolutely nail it every time. You can tell the team works hard and takes pride in what they do. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, they make you feel comfortable and taken care of.

March 25th, 2026I had an amazing experience today at Palm Beach Tan! The lovely girl named ‘Raee’ walked me through all of the rooms and showed me all i need to know! The staff was the best part of my experience here, very personable and truely care for you! I signed up for the All Access membership which included everything! Store was super clean and sanitized. Thank you for a great experience!

March 11th, 2026I was very scared to get my first spray tan at a place like this however the staff made this process extremely easy. They didn’t pressure me into doing anything I didn’t want and genuinely just wanted me to enjoy my tan. They walked me to my booth and explained exactly what to expect and how to properly do the spray booth. I then decided to get a membership and the process was very simple and again I wasn’t pushed to do anything extra just exactly what I wanted which I really appreciated. I’m really excited to have this option for spray tans now rather than having to go through the hassle myself. Thank you staff for being so great and supportive!

December 7th, 2025Great beds! Awesome staff! It's always clean! My only negative comment is that they hardly ever refill the water spray and aromatherapy spray. The nice beds are equipped with those options,how, 99 times out if 100, it's empty!!!
