December 10th, 2025I was a little nervous after seeing a couple of bad reviews. I feel like they were completely wrong. My first experience was with Nick, who was super helpful, and today I saw Haley, who was more than welcoming. It's such a joy to experience genuine customer service these days, and both of them made my visits easy and enjoyable. DISREGARD anyone that says there is not people up front, realize the staff has other responsibilities in the salon tending to other customers, I maybe waited 30 seconds. Some people have no patience or maybe having a bad day ! I HIGHLY recommend the Vienna location .Thank you Nick and Haley !
