I have been visiting your salon for 1.5 years. I am a regular customer who pays for all services regularly. During this entire time, I have been making appointments in advance for a visit to the sauna, solarium and red lamps. I visit your salon every week, 3 times a week. Today, it suddenly turned out that my appointments are not working. When I left the sauna, the administrator explained to me that I should wait for further procedures in the order of a live queue.
