Kylee at palm beach tan on 192nd, is amazing! I have been coming to this location for like a year now. This is the first time meeting Kylee and she is super sweet! From working in the tanning industry before I like to think I know a few things about tanning but she told me some really cool things that I had no idea about. She definitely went above and beyond tonight in making sure i had the best tan I could, in the bed I wanted, and getting the best color. She didn’t push lotions on me, the conversation was natural and not rehearsed. Kylee just had a great vibe about her and I hope to see her working next time I come in to tan! Oh yeah, no to mention, I came in later in the evening, like 30 min to close, (not cool) and when I got done there were 2 other people up at the front coming in to tan 1 min to close and she still had the biggest smile on her face, I felt for her. I know a lot of other girls in her situation would have had a completely different attitude. She might be pretty new here but handles it like a pro!

I had a great experience at Palm Beach Tan, Store #4 on 192nd in Vancouver. The location is always clean, well organized, and has a welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. Kylee, who was working during my visit, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She took the time to explain options, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Customer service like that really stands out and makes a difference. This is easily my go-to tanning location thanks to the staff and overall experience.
