July 25th, 2025I absolutely love this Palm Beach in Madison, I have been to Clinton I have been to Brandon and I’ve been To the Ridgeland and Flowood and this one in Madison is the only one I’ve had these experiences, which is when I open that door to go in to Palm Beach Tan in Madison . The beautiful ladies are all smiling ready to answer my questions when needed. I never feel dumb even though my questions might come across as a little dumb for people who do not know the newest technology. They never make me feel like that they always ask if I have any other questions and make sure that I understand the questions I ask. Which I think is so important with it being a tanning place you have to be so cautious on things you do so they are so willing and helpful to answer any question I have. They’re very detailed oriented, hard-working, and go over and above. I’ve never seen that at any other other Palm Beach Tan. Whoever is the manager is over at Palm Beach in Madison is doing an amazing job it’s always clean and all the employees are always working but with a smile on their face which is so rare to see even at a restaurant these days, but I gotta give a HUGE shout out because they really do brighten my day I do struggle sometimes with depression and when I leave here, it helps with my depression because of these sweet ladies they really are amazing. These three Emma ,Sadie, and Adleigh are really my favorite and seriously if anybody reads this go to Madison Palm Beach they will give you the best deals. They are very patient and they don’t try to talk you into purchasing anything you don’t feel comfortable buying. They will not push for you to buy like most others will. If you ask, they will find the best deal for you and truly base the decision off your skin tone and what’s best for your body. They want the customers to be happy that’s definitely clear. I hope the manager sees this and gives a big pat on her back as well as the three ladies I just named above. They really do go over and above and make my experience just absolutely wonderful.
