February 19th, 2026I have to give a shout out to all the customer service representatives at this location. All of the ladies and that sweet young man are some of the best customer service representatives I've ever met in any form of service. I have been a customer for one year plus and I cannot recommend the hattiesburg salon more. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, and very considerate of any circumstance. The compassion shown to me by the staff members with my chronic illness, can never be repaid. Having an illness that can affect your appearance when it's flared up can really take a shot at your self-esteem, but every one of the staff members has always made me feel important and beautiful and worth it no matter how bad the mirror made me feel. If you're looking to find somewhere for your wellness needs look no further than Palm Beach Tan Hattiesburg you will not find friendlier or are more caring staff. Thank every single one of you for every kind word and question answered and understanding smile. You really do make a difference even if you don't realize it!
