Small but mighty! This salon is extremely clean and tidy with great beds and wellness amenities. The staff are wonderful - friendly, kind, trust worthy. I left two diamond rings in the room and the manager (Reyna) found them, kept them safe, and returned to me. 10/10 experience all around everytime at Palm Beach Tan Westminster!

I've been a loyal customer at this location for over a year, and it’s consistently a fantastic experience. The manager is incredibly responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and creates a positive environment for her team. The staff keeps the store clean, and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I check in, I’m greeted with warm smiles, and 9 times out of 10, they remember my name without needing to ask. They’re always proactive about sharing the latest promotions and introducing me to new lotion products, which I appreciate. The only drawback is that the spray tan booth has occasionally not worked, but I don’t hold the staff accountable for this—it seems like an issue for corporate to resolve. Overall, this location’s exceptional service and friendly vibe keep me coming back!
