Palm Beach Tan Boulder 28th Street

Two weeks ago, I visited this location and spoke with two ladies at the front desk. They were both very friendly and helpful. I asked about the possibility of switching from bed tanning to spray tanning because I wanted to try spray tanning for the first time and see how it works for me. The older lady at the front desk was especially kind and suggested that instead of switching my entire membership right away, she would provide me with one complimentary session so I could try it and decide if I liked it. I was very appreciative of this offer and thought it was a great opportunity. I was not informed that this session would expire, so I planned to use it at a later time. Today, I came in around 12:15 p.m. excited to try the spray tanning session. When I explained to the person at the front desk that I had been given one free session to try before switching, I was told, “It wasn’t given to you.” This response was confusing, and the attitude made me feel as though I was asking for something for free — when in fact, it had been offered to me by staff. Because of this experience and the lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled, I was disappointed. It felt uncomfortable to be treated as if I was requesting something I had been clearly offered. This experience also showed how quickly a membership can be canceled, which makes it easier to consider exploring other locations or options moving forward.
