March 11th, 2026Love PBT! The gals are sweet, especially Jade! She was so helpful when she signed me up and is always such a wonderful human when I come in. She has such incredible energy and I always look forward to her wonderful face. I always feel welcomed and the staff has been incredible answering my questions and getting me what I need. I highly recommend PBT @ Ram Plaza in Boise!

February 25th, 2026I've been going to PBT since I moved to Boise and absolutely love the staff. I am partial to the Broadway/RAM location because of Jade. I came in on a terribly low energy and mental health day hoping that a little sun would help. The bed was nice, but the warmth and kindness from Jade validating and acknowledging that she could tell something was off was above and beyond any customer service I have ever had. Jade is amazing and I am forever grateful for that day. Even when I don't go in for a tan I always pop in to say hi and catch up. Jade is a rockstar at PBT and the Boise community. One million stars!
