It was my first time tanning ever and we had some payment issues when we first got there. Ellie was such a big help, she was kind and professional. Accommodated us and put us in contact with the correct manager to assist. Very clean and tidy, they just got two new beds in and even have stand-up tanning beds. Highly recommend for all your tanning needs.

I have been a client since 2007. In my years being a member of Palm Beach Tanning I’ve always been greeted by a friendly and supportive employee who has always been very supportive of me and my medical problems that have made me feel a bit different than before I had so many traumatic injuries in the last 4 years. But even though I have and had many kinds of injuries the girls that work there at the Strawberry Place location have been able to help me through these difficult times with support and concern for me and they always ask me if I ever need help to just call their names and I would be so grateful for their help and support. The facility is so clean and everything is in its place and the beds are new and they describe how to use each one. I’ve never had this quality of service before I came to this place and I’m grateful to all the girls that I’ve met and sometimes become friends with. That’s why I will always go back. I love the fact that after a while the girls know you before you even walk in the door and have you ready as soon as you get there. Overall I give them a 5 star rating and thanks for being the best that I have ever been to. I’ve been tanning since the ‘80s and the times have changed but when you find a place like this one I guarantee you’ll never find another one that can compare!
