August 4th, 2025Tonight while I was at the salon, a customer had a personal incident happen. The manager at the salon was so calm, attentive, & empathetic as she supported the customer until a family member arrived. For a time that was stressful to this poor girl, the manager went above & beyond to comfort her. This all happened 15 minutes before closing & the manager stayed late to help assist in the incident. Besides the great customer service, this salon is always so clean & the employees are always so kind & welcoming.
