Palm Beach Tan St. Louis Park Cedar Point

I have had pretty bad seasonal depression this winter and sitting under a sunlamp or red light for five minutes really does help. I really appreciate the staff at this location. They helped me with a plan that was cheap enough for me to afford and it’s helped me so much with the body sadness (if you know you know). Luella was at the front desk this evening and was just a nice compassionate person who I could talk with for a bit free of judgment after a hard day and that meant the world. Thank you ♥️

I had a great experience tonight at the Palm Beach Tan in Saint Louis Park thanks to Luella. She was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, especially when helping me learn about a new lotion I ended up purchasing. She took the time to explain everything clearly without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!!

As a seasonal customer using PBT for getting my base ahead of winter trips to where the sun still shines and maintaining in-between until the spring, I was disappointed that all the great people there from last year were gone when I returned and understandably concerned that the quality (i.e. cleanliness) and service (i.e. people) would be compromised. From day 1 LaureN made sure that that staff transition was as smooth as can be and straight away it was clear she is a consultant to count on - on point with everything and friendly as a flower. How does this PBT location manage to get the best people even with the expected and typical service industry churn? I have no idea. All I know is that from service to setup, from bed selection to detailed attention, and last but not least with the friendliest folks like LaureN, in my extremely-biased opinion there’s no better PBT to go to in this city, state, or country! With less bias - I have been to a few in the metro area and can attest that it’s definitively better than the others I’ve tried.
