I’ve been going to this location for years when it used to be a diff tanning company. This is the first time I was actually educated on all the awesome systems and ended up getting the diamond level thanks to Ann’s advice. Overall great experience and appreciate having knowledgeable people helping.

I had a great experiece with this place today and everyday since signing up. Some reviews say they don't let a customer tan the way they'd like but they closer i get to 30 i don't wanna be a wrinkly mess and the knowledge and guidance on times and intensities is very helpful for me. Whenever they make a mistake or make me wait (which is rare) they offer a bed upgrade for the tanning session to make up for any inconvenience because they know what customer satisfaction is all about. The women who man the store are phenomenal and the beds are new age. I never leave dissapointed. Will continue to tan here for a long time to come.

I absolutely adored helping people look and feel amazing. I definitely would recommend PBT for anyone to achieve a perfect bronze glow that we all could use in this state especially. Great staff, equipment, products, locations, prices! Check it out if you haven't yet! They even have spa equipment as well as sunless options too! I guarantee you'll love it.

Kenzie and Tiffany are lovely. I dont care about the new bed names. I know that have changed a couple times in the last year with the purchase of Darque Tan by Palm Beach. 1-5 is very straight forward bed levels and some of the techs can be condescending if I don't play your tropical bed name games.

I am glad you asked. Why when I put in a request to drop my package does it not wait until the month is over? Currently I am told that the request to change a package is suppose to be requested by the 25th of the month. But when I did that it cancelled right away on the 25th instead of waiting until the end of the month. I have paid until the end of the month and I should be able to use my package until them. The employees keep telling me that this is just the way it is but it does not make any sense as a consumer. This has been super frustrating and it actually is super frustrating for your employees to explain that "this is just the way the system works". I will be downgrading my package this month and would really like to have a resolution for this so that I don't get charged for the whole month but cant use my package until the end of the month.Thank you.

Friendly employees. However, the beds always have burnt out bulbs, and it takes forever for them to replace them. If we're monthly members, and use the salon several times a week, we should have beds that are properly maintained.

Every time I visit I have such a great experience with the staff, that’s the number one reason I keep coming back.

I absolutely love your team and original palm beach tan locations. Your staff is at a level unlike any other, great job in training and hiring!!! Super impressive and appreciated. Your facilities are clean and just plain fantastic. Thank you for top notch service!I had only tanned at the uptown location (previously darque) and was shocked how terrible the Darque tan locations are after visiting your Richfield and Plymouth locations. When will the uptown location (1 mile from my house) be updated? When will the red bed be up and running again? That location is the pits compared to the other original palm beach tan locations to the point I won't visit any location that was previously a darque tan.

I really enjoy going to PBT. The girls who all work there are so kind and so helpful. One of the guys who works there (I think that he is a manager), is a little too pushy with the products. EVERY time I go in he talks to me for at least several minutes about buying lotions, which are incredibly expensive, by the way. Also, the facility isn't always that clean.

The girls at the uptown location are always super friendly and helpful. Sometimes the sales pitch can be a little much though.

Kenzie and Jayna are so kind and make visits super. Eli also helped me reconnect with an old favorite lotion (Current Mood?) That was reinvented from its previous version Mood Indigo.

Overall, you do a great job, but you have one employee that is waaaaay too aggressive about getting me to buy more things from you. They always try to bully me into buying lotions, which I’m not interested in doing because I have something specific I use. I realize you’re in the business of selling, but when I tell you ‘no,’ you need to respect my answer. The person who does it never seems to remember me when I come in, so whenever I’m unluckily stuck with them we go through the same 5 minute skirmish about tanning lotions. It drives me crazy!

Staff was forceful on buying products and didn’t explain packages and how the prorating works well.

Sales person was pushy and rude. Didn’t ask me about my skin type, just made an assessment by looking at my face. However beds are clean and I never have to wait.

Kenzie is very friendly every time I check in with her. Overall I think salon cleanliness has decreased since the changeover to Palm Beach. It’s nice having goggles provided but there’s always crumbs and debris in the corners of the rooms and along the walls. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with during winter but this looks like it’s been missed more than a couple times in all the rooms. It’s also confusing having the beds be levels 1-5, or gold through (random precious metal), or city names. Can you just come up with one simple system and keep it consistent?

I had been dealing with multiple uneven spray tans st palm beach in uptown. I felt pressured to buy product etc so I can in to cancel my account and instead of pressuring me to continue my membership she asked if I could give on more shot so I did thanks to Kayla for the good experience and great costumer service. If it wasn’t for her kindness I would of canceled my membership

The rooms a often dirty, it doesn’t look like anyone thoroughly sweeps the floors on a regular basis. The stand up bed is dirty and seems like it’s falling apart. The fan inside is very dust and gross, I would not use this bed again.

Transitioned from being a Darque Tan customer at the Lake and Dupont location. The lead manager (female) was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

I'm pleased just about every time after I leave your facility. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly, the salon is clean and modern, and the service is fast and efficient.

I was a member of palm beach tan in 07-08 and the things I remembered were expensive prices, and pushy sales people. Ive been tanning since 05 at planet beach, boss tanning, sunwerks, darque tan and here it is 2019 and nothings changed coming back to palm beach tan. Palm beach still has the mystic booth which is a huge step down from what darque tan had. I remember Mystic being a thing in highschool but that was over 10 years ago. Theres no garbage bins in the tanning rooms which is ridiculous and since its winter time the floors are slippery and cold, most tanning salons have trays for shoes and a rug to stand on. In the transiston from darque tan to being owned by palm beach the bed names are different and most members go “ok Ill do bed 4 today” and theres staff that knows mostly palm beach tan lingo and look at us like we are the idiots and then stick you in a bed thats not what you asked for. Id love for the staff to be able to take no for an answer when it comes to lotions so Im not scared to ask to smell something or get the price on an item.

Front desk was very helpful with getting me set up with the correct membership and was soooo knowledgeable in all the products. Very friendly!

Palm beach recently took over the Darque Tan and wow are the better. PBT has better prices and better lotion selections. More knowledabgle staff too.

The service was great! I would love to see more spray tan options at the PBT in Richfield, MN.
