Palm Beach Tan in Plymouth is an excellent and the best place to use for your tanning and therapeutic needs in the west metro. The customer service here is top notch, well-educated employees that really know their stuff. I had Avery help me today with an upgrade and she was just perfect. It is so hard to find great customer service these days at any consumer based store. Each person I have dealt with here is just outstanding. I had unfortunately been to Totally Tan in the past and that was a really bad joke and a very expensive place with horrible customer service. The people that work there are scripted, or memorize script and are not educated at all on tanning, products, health, or just common sense for that matter. Thank you Palm Beach Tan Plymouth for setting the standard and keeping excellent customer service alive and kicking.

Amazing! Love the staff, cleanliness is great, and never have any issues with beds being down. I have tanned here for about 15 years and never plan to go anywhere else.
