I signed up on 05/17/2025 and the person that signed me up she was rude and very stuck up and then I learned the next night the girl who signed me up was the manager and if that is true she needs to get stepped down or fired because I will never speed my money ever again with her I didn’t like her attitude at alI almost walked out because of her attitude.. But I returned the very next night and The girl that was working on 05/19/2025 her name was Rachel Olsen she made made me feel amazing. Explain things took her time answered any questions made me feel comfortable and went out of her way to take care of me like it. A person should in customer care. She seems like she goes up and beyond for her customers, and she not only did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable. She also did an amazing job of making me feel appreciated as a customer. Unlike the manager that enrolled me into the membership the night before I would have given the manager that enrolled me into the tanning membership a scale from 0 to 10 she would’ve had a zero now if I would give 0 to 10 for the girl, the second night, she would be an absolute tent. I will keep coming back. I will buy lotions from her and she’s very very amazing thank you
