Everyone is always helpful and cordial. It is company policy that is such a downer. You guys are too expensive, too expensive to bring a guest, too expensive to "add-on" a friend or partner, and too expensive for a month of tanning in a stand alone, needed program. Sure, the market drives pricing, but do you want to accelerate growth? Consider, and thanks.

The Manchester, Missouri location is always clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Last night I went in for a tan and a Mystic and was informed right away that lotions were 30% off. I explained that i had recently purchased a bottle of tanning lotion but the staff also told me about the different products available for spray tanning. Each time I come in to Mystic Tan, I purchase the myxersand accelerators. I then decided that buying the accelerator in a bottle for 30% off would save me so much more than paying $6 each time I spray tanned.

Not that great. No functioning radio, no towel in the room and a control screen that was illegible, my eyesight isn't great, but the saving grace was a male employee working by himself and was trying to make sure that everything was right, had a terrific attitude and was very gracious and professional. He's an asset, hope you can hire more like him instead of some of your ditzy young gals who care more about their cellphones than customers.

The customer service was fantastic. Maddy was extremely helpful and kind even when I was getting confused. The prices are much higher than competitors, so I can't imagine coming in just for a couple sessions. I ended up getting a membership because it was almost the same price as one session. Overall happy with my purchase, but it would be good for business if the one time rate were lower.

I'm currently here and one of the employees is standing with her back to the door eating Chick Fil A on the counter behind the register. She didn't even turn around when I walked in, a different girl came and helped me. I feel like if employees are eating it should be in the back? Sometimes when I check in I give my first name, last name, PIN number, and address. Why does it take 4 steps to pull me up in the system?

Every time I enter the Manchester store, I am met with a warm Hello and addressed usually by my name, some of the newer ladies recognize me by face but not my name. Which is OK, but everyone Always says Goodbye Jame'Lee.
This means a lot in today's times.

I am so excited every time I get to go tan. Their recommendations for what I want, bronzing, has been spot on. It makes me free appreciated, as a customer. All of the Ladies pretty much know me on site, and that means a lot, to this ol'lady. Also All the products, that I have purchased have been Great. My tan is getting so bronze that coworkers are bummed out they don't have the same. I have recommended yall, but most are just complainers, at heart. You know the kind that would bitch even if ya hung them with a new rope. I guess ya can't fix stupid.
But back to the praise that is well deserved for your employees. I can't say enough as to how much I appreciate all of them.
Please keep up the great customer service. BTW I go to the Manchester store. They are the Bomb! Especially Brittany. Sorry about the spelling. She's a great customer person and from what I see a great manager.

I went to a palm beach location last week for the first time and was blown away by how helpful Brittany was in explaining all of the different packages and lotion options ! I bought the package with the level 3 tanning bed as well as two lotions, since then I have been so impressed with how helpful all of the employees have been in making suggestions for what bed to use and how long to tan each day I go in ! I am in love with the cleanliness of the rooms each time I go in and I cant wait to continue tanning with Palm Beach!
