I went in tonight to restart my membership and wanted to get a few lotions and things too. Unfortunately, Jess, the tanning consultant working at the time was running the entire salon (which is fairly big) completely alone and a line of clients filled the lobby area very quickly. She was SO sweet and super helpful with everything I needed! I ended up getting so much more than I had originally intended for a great price because of the specials she told me about. She was also quick to address the clients that were waiting/had just walked in and was doing an amazing job of multitasking at least 10 different things on her own while remaining calm. Some clients got upset about the wait and were not very nice, but she was very sweet, understanding, and apologized profusely for the fact that there wasn’t anyone else working with her for faster service. Sad to see that they had her running her butt off on her own at a store that she said she didn’t normally work at :( but she was such a sweetheart!! I stayed a little after I tanned to make sure she was ok and tell her thank you again, and she thanked ME for being so understanding/nice, which truly shows the kind of person she is. 🥹 Jess handled that situation so gracefully and kindly, which shows awesome customer service skills AND personal strength :) And she definitely knows her tanning stuff too <33 Give that sweet girl all her flowers please 🩵

The manager at Palm Beach Tan on Manchester Road in Manchester is the most knowledgeable expert. I have met on red light therapy and tanning.

Very nice and even tan. Employees super nice and Gracie was really good about explaining the differences between services. Will be returning!!

Love the Porsche bed, the mist and fans are great. Gracie was very welcoming and is so knowledgeable of the products.
