March 25th, 202610 out of 10 for Libby! Process was super simple - started online, finished up in store, and tanned all on my lunch break. Libby was amazing!! Not only did she get me caught up to the modern tanning process since it's been 10+ years, my skin has changed a lot, and I've developed skin allergies, and she helped me find the lotion that was right for me; and she was right - I didn't have an allergic reaction, and I'm allergic to ALL scented lotions. Libby also suggested the perfect amount of time for my first tan, gave me insights for the process I should follow as my skin and body reaclamate, and encouraged me to let her know how my skin reacted when I come in next so we can start building safely. Such a refreshing experience, products were not pushed on me, and I felt educated, safe, and prepared. Thanks again, Libby! I was hesitant about returning to Palm Beach as my experience many years ago when team members were pushy and judgey - Libby changed my mind today and in turn, brought back a customer to the company. I would also like to note that the salon is extremely clean and has happy vibes.

March 20th, 2026Marcus is the BEST ever. I visit Dallas regularly and have visited this Palm Beach every single time I come because Marcus is so professional and friendly. His customer service is out of this world. Highly recommend this location for spray tans and red light therapy.
