January 9th, 2026This place is beautiful with nice staff and warm spray tanning rooms. I'm giving it 3/5 stars because I'm seeing an inconsistency with their Mystic tan versus other Palm Beach Tan's in Dallas. I've been here a couple of times and whenever I get Dark, the next day I look the same and I don't smell any spray tan on my body. I've never had that happen at either of the Uptown locations. I think that machine needs to be looked at.

October 17th, 2025Scott is so nice. The place is clean and does it's job. But Scott goes above and beyond and you can tell he likes his job. He is so down to earth and extremely helpful. So hard to find nowadays.
