June 2nd, 2025This salon is clean, professional, and efficient. Avery and Rachel are great. Both are always calm, cool, and collected, under pressure or not. PBT is consistent in providing a great experience, even at other locations, but this one is really exceptional! My questions are always answered, the place is pristine, and these ladies set the bar high for excellence in customer service. Thanks PBT! Please give these two a raise!!

May 30th, 2025I recently visited Palm Beach Tan in Lakeway and I'm genuinely puzzled by some of the negative reviews. I found the salon to be exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me. I was even given a free sauna session and LOVED it. As for the membership details, everything was explained very transparently, leaving no room for confusion. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole experience quite pleasant. Definitely a positive experience here in Lakeway.
