February 10th, 2026Great place in all regards. My only issue is that I can't visit different locations without a big hassle. Every time I walk into a new location or a different location from my usual one, they "can't find me in their system" or something, so they try to charge me for the session. When I show them I'm a member and I don't need to pay any more money, they don't believe me and then spend 20 minutes on the phone with someone while giving me really excessive side eye.
