I have been a member at Palm Beach Tan for 8 years. I have been tanning for many years before that but Palm Beach by far exceeds every place I have been to. The beds are top of the line, the products they advertise are legit, the cleanliness and maintenance of the beds are spot on, and the friendliness of the employees as well as the customer service I receive is what truly ices the cake. I especially want to give a shout out to Kenna who always pays special attention to the needs of clients. She is always friendly with huge smile and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Kenna you are awesome!!!!

I used to be a long-time customer at Palm Beach Tan but had left for a while. Today came back, and I’m so glad I did—Sierra and Hailey are the reason! Hailey actually helped me over the phone with my membership and lotion, making the whole process super seamless. She not only was so willing to help me but had everything ready when I showed up so no time was wasted. Honestly felt like vip treatment or services I’ve received at a spa. Both of them are so friendly, helpful, and really go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. I used to work for Palm Beach Tan when I was much younger, which I feel makes me have higher expectations and I can honestly say the service here is top-notch and beyond anything I’ve experienced before. These ladies truly make a difference, I look forward to seeing these girlies.

Kenna at Palm Beach Tan on Bandera Rd in San Antonio Tx. is hands down the ABSOLTE BEST employee at Palm Beach, that I have had the pleasure of meeting. From the first time I walked into those doors after just moving to San Antonio & looking for a new tanning home, she was nothing less than pure kindness and joy! Sadly, I have had less than fantastic, or even kind service at this location since signing up but I am not one to go out of my way to make a complaint. With that being said, if I pull up & see that Kenna is working, I will legit wait in my car until she is done assisting others before stepping inside. She takes note of customers names, notices when I have changed my hair or maybe have a new nail color & always has something kind to say to everyone she encounters! So to whomever Kenna reports to, I hope you know how amazing she makes you & Palm Beach Tan look every single time! I manage in customer service & this girl blows me away! Kenna, I'm yelling it louder for those in the back!! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR FOR PALM BEACH TAN AND JUST ALL AROUND AS A PERSON!! I just have to recognize you! Keep being joy & love girlie! You are AWESOME!😊
