I’ve been to a lot of tanning salons over the years, and this Palm Beach Tan location is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and a team that genuinely seems happy to help. The entire salon is always incredibly clean, organized, and well maintained, which immediately gives you confidence in the quality of the services they provide. Every tanning room and spray booth I’ve used has been spotless, and it’s obvious that cleanliness and customer experience are a top priority here. I especially want to recognize Kayla because she truly goes above and beyond every single time I come in. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different tanning options, memberships, lotions, and sunless products, and she takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. She genuinely wants to make sure you’re getting the best experience possible, and you can tell she cares about helping people achieve the results they’re looking for. What really stands out is her customer service. It’s not just that she’s friendly—she’s welcoming, patient, professional, and remembers people when they come back. She creates an environment where you actually enjoy coming in instead of feeling like you’re just another customer walking through the door. That kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, and it makes a huge difference. Another thing I really appreciate is how well the entire staff works together. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. You never feel pressured into buying products or upgrading your membership. Instead, they take the time to explain the benefits of different options and let you decide what’s best for you, which I really respect. The salon itself is always in excellent condition. The beds are clean, the spray tanning equipment is well maintained, and everything feels modern and professionally run. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the salon looking its best, and that attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. Every visit has been consistently positive, which says a lot. Consistency is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. Whether it’s a quick visit or trying something new, I always leave feeling like I had a great experience. It’s refreshing to find a business that values customer service as much as this team does. If you’re looking for a tanning salon that combines a clean, welcoming atmosphere with exceptional customer service, knowledgeable employees, and a team that truly cares about its customers, I can’t recommend this Palm Beach Tan location enough. My wife was telling me I was pale as a ghost. I was uncomfortable going into a tanning salon, but the staff made me feel at ease. This salon has a red light therapy and a massage chair. I didn’t want to leave! Kayla was awesome and explained everything in great detail so I understood what I was doing/buying - she’s a true professional and you can tell!
