I wrote a review (which I can't locate on this site) about how I was treated by one particular employee. Literally the very next day I received a call on how they can fix the problem. I didn’t enjoy tanning at all, but it was the only tanning salon near my office. Well let me tell you what.. Ms. Summer from corporate called me to see how they can help me enjoy going tanning sessions. MS. SUMMER you’re awesome. I love enjoy going and seeing happy faces. These girls were so intimidated by that one employee is was sad to watch. This place honors what they say and what they do. Thank you so much. I get a great tan every time.

Your salons are overpriced. Monthly fees and levels are over priced. Stand up beds are not in a private room. Hard to dress in that little box.

Franchesca and Taylor are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd been sold lotion by previous employees that didn't know the product as well and my tan was just "okay". Now my tan is ALWAYS Pop'n and I receive a lot of compliments. Thank you ladies, I truly appreciate y'all!

Employees are great.My issue - this was a Darcie Tan location & I had quite a bit in credit from purchased packages which used to last me a good while. NOW since PBT tookover every time I upgrade I get charged for the max minutes in an upgraded bed even when I use less than the full time. VERY frustrating! Ready to ship for another place if I’m going to have to pay for things I don’t even use!! Horrible downgrade!!!

I was told all the Level 1 beds had brand new bulbs so I only went 12 minutes the first time not wanting to burn. I could not even tell that I had tanned at all which I though was strange if there were new bulbs. I went back the second time and went the full 20 minutes and got some color but nothing like I should have gotten if the bulbs were indeed all new. I don't know if PBT uses different kinds/weaker bulbs than DT did but in the past if a Level 1 had new bulbs even 12 minutes would have given a LOT of color and my body and my face would have been red until the next day when it turns to tan. My face didn't even turn slightly pink. The second time I went the full 20 minutes I would normally have been lobster red/burnt head to toe by bedtime if the bulbs were new. I did get a little color that time but still less color than I would have gotten in the past if the bulbs were older and I only went 15 minutes. I usually only tan once a week so it is pretty obvious when I do or don't get color. This past Sunday I did a 1$ upgrade and went in a Level 4 bed for the entire 15 minutes and only got a little color. I'm not sure what's going on but I know I haven't suddenly become tan-proof and I am not doing anything different than I usually do. I'm not a newbie at tanning-I've been a member at this location for 10+ years-and I know what works for me to get the results I want. I just feel really disappointed and it seems like I'm going to have to tan more often now to get the results I used to get once a week.

Please develop a scan so I don’t have to give the full spelling of my fist and last name. Last time I had to finally ask if the rep needed to see my id. I pay almost $100 a month. This is not quality or good customer service. DT had a scan card for a reason. I was a DT customer for over20 years! My husband and I are both members.

I started tanning because of a Costa Rica honeymoon trip and I don't want to get burned while there. After tanning for a month, I might just keep on doing it. I have gone to several different locations and the customer service has been awesome. Very friendly staff and they all seem to be very knowledgeable. Heck, I will fit right in on my honeymoon with my bronze look. Ha! Overall, great experience!

The prices have gone way up on upgrades since the company changeover. The salon itself is not the same, definitely not as clean as it was before. The bed I was in was dirty!! Where you lay was clean enough, but the top “glass” was disgusting with handprints, toe prints, smears from people moving around. While prepping to get in the bed, the music that the employees were playing was so loud and they joked about being caught and fired for it by the manager... Really?!! Once my “upgrades” are finished I’ll be looking for a new tanning salon. Sad, this used to be a nice place to go.

The head rest is always dirty. My last visit the bed wasn’t clean.
