November 18th, 2025I want to give a huge shoutout to Savannah at Palm Beach Tan Sugarland! I’ve had some interesting customer service experiences at this location in the past, so this review is definitely more for her than the facility. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, super friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable — and for the first time in a while, I actually felt valued as a customer. While others have made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there, Savannah was the complete opposite. I actually walked in planning to cancel my membership on the way out… but because of her, I didn’t. She completely turned around my experience and deserves all the recognition. Thank you, Savannah, for making such a positive difference! 🫶

June 13th, 2025I've never been to this Palm Beach Tan until last Saturday. It is very clean, but most importantly I would like to acknowledge the staff at this location, specifically Meagan. Meagan was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend lives in Sugar Land, and I will be visiting this location often, thanks to Meagan going above and beyond for me.
