Jordan is an outstanding asset to you company. I got to the stratford, and stamford locations as well. Out of all the the employees in all of the locations, she is the best. She always remembers people by name. She is always friendly, cheerful, helpful and Efficient. She makes every session very easy and I leave in a more pleasant mood because her personality exudes positivity and joy. Thank you Jordan.

The customer service I received today was outstanding. Jillian from Westport/Stamford CT is an excellent embassador for the company. I became a member a few days ago, but only understood what my membership offered today when Jillian took the time to let me know about all its perks. As a business owner myself, I was highly impressed with her understanding of what the company has to offer and how important it is for the customer to be informed. She was excited and passionate with everyone who walked through those doors.
