January 18th, 2026The customer service I received today was outstanding. Jillian from Westport/Stamford CT is an excellent embassador for the company. I became a member a few days ago, but only understood what my membership offered today when Jillian took the time to let me know about all its perks. As a business owner myself, I was highly impressed with her understanding of what the company has to offer and how important it is for the customer to be informed. She was excited and passionate with everyone who walked through those doors. And let me mention the up-sales she closed in the 30 mins I was there, up-sales that not only benefited the company but the clients as well. Palm Beach Tan .. you have a jem on your hands.
