September 30th, 2025I have been a member at PBT for 8 years and have been going to the Howell Mill Road location most often over the past five years. I wanted to say how great the team there is at all times. Most recently, Bailey, the manager along with Zoe and Anna have always made me feel like an insider. I appreciate them!

September 7th, 2025I just went in today and received wonderful customer service from Olga. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to see her at this location often! The lay and spray including the sauna package is a great deal. The salon is very well kept and comfortable.
