March 26th, 2026So I live in cumming but I go to the Alpharetta location 99% of the time because everyone is so much kinder there. However, I do want to start getting more spray tans, and I find the cumming location has a nicer spray tan room (even tho the versa pro is out of order :/). Yesterday there was a girl there who I’d never seen before but she was extremely friendly and talkative, and the only genuinely friendly girl I’ve encountered at the cumming location. I’m not sure why everyone has a rude and hostile vibe to them, but it’s so annoying that I don’t care to review and still face them at this point. All the girls at Alpharetta are super sweet and I’ve never had that experience there. Gloria was an incredible employee and I know she had quit when transferred to cumming which was sad but I totally understand why she would. This also seems to be an experience many others have agreed with me on. Do better or stop working in customer service. This isn’t high school. If I pay $150 a month, the least I can receive is consistently positive service, but shoutout to the new girl♥️
