I had a fantastic first visit to Palm Beach Tan on Pinhook! Samantha at the front desk was incredibly thorough and friendly. She took the time to explain all their equipment options and pricing in detail, which made everything so easy to understand. I tried red light therapy for the first time and absolutely loved it. I had an amazing and relaxing experience. The facilities were spotless, well-organized, and had a great vibe overall. Samantha’s knowledge and great customer service really stood out. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon to try the full spectrum infrared sauna. Highly recommend this location!

Madeleine was very nice and sweet when I walked in! Bree and Madeleine both greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in! They were both very informative about the products and I was even able to donate to the American red heart foundation today! What a privilege to be able to contribute my little part through such a great establishment I use almost daily! Love this place! Always super clean and tidy!

I haven’t been there in a few years. Walked in today to sign up again and Alexis was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! They have so many new options (like red light therapy), and she explained it so well. As I was walking out the door, she was holding a moisturizing lotion and asked if I wanted to smell it. I ended up buying it. Honestly had she chosen that lotion to show me in the beginning, I probably would have said no just out of habit. But she took the time to stop me as I was leaving, just cause she thought I might like the smell. And she was right. Knowledgable & friendly employees are hard to find these days. Alexis is definitely one to hang on to!
