This is the absolute best PBT I have ever been to. The ladies, especially Wendy and Alexa, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the beds and the lotion. I used to buy my lotion elsewhere, but their approach is so casual - just having a conversation with no pressure, allowing me to dab a bit on my hand to see how I like it and telling me about the lotion. It’s been great and I have bought all my lotion from them now except my tingles because they don’t carry ones hot enough that I prefer. They were so great explaining things to me, that Alexa convinced me to do a spray tan with added bronzers and I was BLOWN AWAY how dark I got and I didn’t turn orange. And after I complimented how nice Wendy looks and I’m jealous of her lip shape, she told me she uses City Lips. I bought it and again, BLOWN AWAY! I get a lot of compliments now! I haven’t gotten this dark in YEARS being at other salons, and their (and other staff members) always positive and upbeat vibes are just what I need when coming in to end a day of work and want to relax.

Wendy at Palm Beach in O'Fallon, MO is the best! She was knowledgeable on everything and beyond helpful on picking the right color for my skin tone. Not to mention how comfortable she made me feel for my first spray tan!

Lexi is hands-down THE BEST. She’s sharp as a tack, incredibly knowledgeable, and an outstanding communicator. Her expertise in tanning, light exposure, and customizing personal plans is unmatched - she truly understands how to tailor everything to exactly what you’re trying to achieve. Lexi is professional, confident, and clearly operates at a level above the rest. She is seriously underrated and in my opinion should be running the place. Ask for Lexi you won’t regret it.
