March 10th, 2026Shannon and Heather are hands-down, the best customer service representatives in the area, and not only in the Palm Beach Tan network. Over the 10 + years I have had a membership, I’ve had a handful of issues and these two ladies have taken the time to listen to my concerns and address them accordingly, and then go above and beyond. In this day and age it is very frustrating to deal with people in customer service, (because they lack customer service skills and I understand the Quality of candidates is lacking) so when I find a needle in a haystack, I want to make everyone aware. These two ladies will do whatever to make things right and if it weren’t for the both of them, I would have left Palm Beach Tan a long time ago. * Only four stars due to the equipment needing updating, but that has no bearing on the staff at the location. Hands-down, the best customer service is in Denver.
