June 19th, 2025I’m not really the kind to make reviews but I went to this location yesterday (6/18/25) the two girls working I believe their names were Carissa & Brooklyn, anyways hands down the absolute best service I’ve had at any of the palm beach locations. The girls were extremely helpful, they helped me pick out the perfect tan lotion & helped me with my membership because it has been paused the last year due to my pregnancy, I also was talking to them about getting a new job since I am able to start working again after having my son and they gave me all the information to do that as well. Hands down 10/10 experience. Very kind & helpful. You don’t always get this kind of customer service places so when I see this I always like to leave a review. I was also thinking about canceling my membership to go to another tanning salon that is a little closer to my house but because of those 2 girls is the reason I unpaused my membership and will be continuing to keep my membership and going to tan at palm beach! so thanks again to those 2 girls that helped me out, make my experience 1,000 times better! Will most definitely be coming back.
