My wife and I have been going to Palm Beach Tan on Olentangy River Rd for a while now, and the staff here are absolutely phenomenal! Every time we walk in, we are greeted with a genuine smile and positive energy. They're always super friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable about the beds, packages, lotions and what will work best for our skin types without being pushy at all. Whether it's recommending an affordable lotion that actually gets great results or explaining options quickly so we can hop in with no wait, they make everything smooth and relaxing. The service is very fast, the salon stays extremely clean, and the team has an incredibly welcoming vibe that stands out compared to other places we've tried. The employees are constantly professional, attentive, and truly make you feel valued as a customer. If you're looking for a tanning spot where the people make all the difference, and the equipment is state-of-the-art, this location is it. Highly recommend.
