The employees were great, but Chrysta in particular was extremely helpful. Along w/ being very nice she was attentive and walked me through the process and assisted in me finding what I was looking for.

September 26th, 2025I’m fairly new to tanning and had an amazing experience at Palm Beach Tan. This location was very clean and modern but what really stood out was the customer service. Kadence was very friendly and took his time explaining all of the different options available and helped me choose what was best for me. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness really shined through and made the whole experience stand out. I’d highly recommend tanning at this location!
