June 24th, 2025Customer service! Customer service!! I had my 4th encounter with a young girl in 2 separate locations. I bought 2 of the highest packages offered i believe its called Diamond Premier at over 100 dollars a month. I signed up mid May and that day spent almost 300.00. My dtr went 4 or 5 times and refuses to go back due to this lady and I will be calling corporate tomorrow as we can certainly go 3 mins from our home for 100.00 ( for both) and not be talked to or treated like we have been by this same girl in 2 different locations. Rude would be putting it nicely. I have been tanning for 31yrs and have owned my own bed 10 of those yet we chose to go here for certain service we could both benefit from, well that hasn't happened either. Like I tell my 100 plus employees, approach and presentation is everything no matter what you are saying!! Maybe some training on those would help her but her attitude says to everyone she already knows everything. For the record ALL the other employees have been so helpful, sweet and kind! One even took extra time with my dtr after she watched the way Miss Rude had spoke to her. Sad one single employee has probably lost our 300.00 a month business!
