I was hesitant to go to a chain salon because I’ve always loved the small family owned shops but I was new to the area and needed some “sun”. I called in to talk to the store about their monthly plans and then stopped in the same day. Ashley, the store manager, has seriously been the best. Between equipment run downs, what lotions to choose from, and just someone to chat with each time I come in, she’s been a highlight to my mornings. The facility is clean, the beds are in great shape with hot bulbs. 10/10 experience and recommend to anyone thats asked about my winter tan. There’s so much more to this place than just tanning as well that I can’t wait to try.

I wanted to share some positive feedback about Sky at Palm Beach Tan in North Augusta. Every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel welcome. Her friendly attitude and bright energy really stand out, and I truly appreciate all the hard work she puts in. She’s a real asset to your team and consistently makes my visits enjoyable.

This location does an excellent job at customer service. I am a busy professional with a family and finding time to get an appointment in my busy schedule is difficult. Sky does an excellent job! She is friendly, professional, and customer oriented. She works with me to lock in my appointments and goes above and beyond to ensure that the beds and sauna is clean and ready to use when I arrive. I cant say enough about Sky. You would just need to see for yourself!
