January 5th, 2026I have been to about 4 different Palm beach Tanning salons and have always decided to do Single sessions because I would get overwhelmed by the package options. But Tracy did a phenomenal job at the Charleston location. I’m looking forward to my tanning experiences. Her knowledge was very insightful and not at all overwhelming to me. I got a location and a premium membership thanks to Tracy

December 22nd, 2025Make sure you get a receipt if you pay cash, and that it shows what package you purchased as I have been having to explain to the manager as well as other employees that the wrong package has been entered in the computer. I have been explaining this to each employee every time I go in. The manager was friendly and so far I've been permitted to continue using the package i requested and paid cash for, but it would be a lot easier if they would just fix it in the computer. I like tanning here but it's been a little frustrating, I just hope to continue using the stand up since that is what I asked for and paid cash for...they can figure out how to fix what their computer shows. All in all I'm getting tan. I'm happy about that. Beds are cleaned between uses. Music played for our enjoyment.
