August 3rd, 2025I just want to recognize and thank Gianna at the Kingwood Palm Beach Tan. I came in super frustrated and confused about my membership and some product issues yesterday but she completely turned everything around today. She’s young, but seriously mature beyond her years. You can tell she really cares about doing right by people. She listened to me, explained everything, and handled it all with so much patience and professionalism. I walked out of there feeling totally taken care of. Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have someone like her.
