I was actually going to cancel my membership and she went above + beyond to keep me as a member, and she remembers me and chats with me EVERY single time I come in. She’s the sweetest, and really makes customers feel like more than just a membership number. I had a miscarriage a few months ago and was in a really dark place mentally and she was a pivotal part in helping me feel like a human again after that trauma!
