January 17th, 2026My husband bought me a gift card for $50. I used it for a service and had $13 left. When I went to redeem the $13, their system was not reading the card balance. Peyton called her manager and, not only figured out how to get my credit, but went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service is not common anymore and wanted to highlight this interaction! Way to go Peyton!

She greets every guest with a genuine smile and professional warmth, and she never makes anyone feel rushed—even when I’ve stopped in close to closing with a line at the counter. She’s consistently helpful, keeps things moving efficiently, and somehow remembers customers by name—no small feat with how busy this location can be. Palm Beach Tan is fortunate to have an employee like Shannon; her charisma, work ethic, and customer focus are the reason I keep coming back.
