June 26th, 2025Absolutely top-notch service at Palm Beach Tan in Chester! As a disabled U.S. Navy and Army veteran recovering from orthopedic injuries, I was very skeptical about stepping into a tanning salon. But I’d been encouraged to try something new for self-care and getting out of the house — and I’m damn glad I did. Taylor helped me set up my membership with ease, walking me through the process like a total pro. Shay went above and beyond with extra info and made me feel completely welcome. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and had the kind of energy that makes you feel like you’re not just a customer — you’re taken care of. I've worked with a lot of businesses through my service and recovery, and these two absolutely set the bar for customer service and professionalism. The whole place has a great vibe — clean, organized, and not once did I feel judged or awkward being a new guy to tanning. Big respect and thanks to Taylor, Shay, and the Palm Beach Tan Chester crew — you turned what could’ve been a “weird first-timer experience” into something I now look forward to. May 16th, 2025Emma was great! i haven’t gotten a spray tan in forever and she was so knowledgeable about the products and also did a great job at upselling me on products that actually benefited me! will definitely be back for another great tan!
