March 18th, 2025I just have to publicly shout out the young woman working the desk tonight (Tuesday March 18th around 5:30pm). I unfortunately cannot remember her name right now but she has dark curly hair and wears glasses. I have never been in a palm beach when it was SO busy. I mean it was slammed in there this evening and she seemed to be the only one working. She handled everything so well and kept a positive and upbeat attitude the entire time. She got through checking everyone in and out and had her own system going that worked so well. I even walked in on her signing someone up in the middle of all of the commotion. She was also cleaning rooms and everything, all on her own. I am just super impressed and had to make it known how incredibly hard she worked. She’s always so sweet and personable when I come in!!
