If I could give zero Stars I would. I signed a contract. Admittedly. Did not use this location for one year. Decided I wanted a tan for a pool party. They charged me a total of $349 in order for me to get a tan. I was assured by the young girls working on the desk that the manager would probably reverse it so I went ahead and did it. Let's be clear that these young girls are clearly not the sharpest tools in the shed. Following day I went in and spoke to the manager Kelly, who was very rude made a copy of my contract told me it was my responsibility. Now I understand corporate as I worked for a corporation for many years. Personally when I was a corporate manager I would work to make sure the customer was happy and continue to use my business. Not Kelly just very rude. She assured me she would have her district manager call me to see if something could be worked out. Obviously just a lie to get me out of the shop as other customers were hearing the conversation, as the district manager never called me. Pretty sure Kelly never bothered to mention this whole situation. Several clients of my business said they have been treated the same way by this manager and this location and would never go there again. I have many many customers and I can assure you I'm letting them all know how unethical Palm Beach tan Gulfport highway 49 is how rude and unethical and unaccommodating this manager is.
