I brought my daughter in for a spray tan last night for Homecoming and was incredibly impressed with how Brooklyn and Marley handled themselves and the store. Even with a line of six spray tanners ahead of us and a steady flow of people coming through (I counted at least 15 customers while I was there), they still managed to treat every single person with patience, respect, and genuine care. They worked quickly without ever rushing, stayed positive, and somehow kept the store spotless the entire time. I also asked Brooklyn about their new red light product, and she was extremely knowledgeable. She explained how it works, the benefits, and even threw in a little science behind it—which I loved! Before I left, she handed me a pamphlet with information on their wellness services and a new skincare line called L’obsidienne C, which she was raving about. I can wait to see why! If you’re looking for a place to spray tan, bed tan, or experience wellness services, Palm Beach Tan on Cowan is definitely the place to go. Respectful staff, excellent product knowledge, great customer service, impressive results, and an overall very clean, welcoming environment. Can’t recommend them enough!

Brooke, the manager, is a true QUEEN of customer service. She runs the place like a total pro—organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about her customers, her employees, and the overall experience. She goes above and beyond every single time. If leadership had a face, it would be hers. And let’s talk about Brooklyn and Marley—the absolute sweetest girls on the planet. They greet you with real smiles, not those fake ones people are trained to do. They actually take time to learn your name, remember your preferences, and make personalized recommendations like tanning experts. They are sunshine in human form. They hype you up. They never rush you. They make sure you feel confident and taken care of. And they do it all with kindness and genuine personalities. I walked out of Palm Beach Tan not only glowing on the outside but feeling good on the inside too. 🌞✨ I honestly didn’t know a tanning salon could feel like a luxury experience until now. They’ve created the PERFECT combo of professional and friendly. If you’re thinking about coming here—just do it. You won’t find a better staff than Brooke, Brooklyn, and Marley anywhere. Jaci is so very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. She took me to each bed took time to explain each bed and what’s best and how it would work to build my tan which I am working so hard on to get to Palm Beach in October!!!
