Holland . . . transferred to North Dallas location. 2. Ashley . . . . transferred to Allen location. 3. Ava . . . . . . transferred to Frisco location. 4. Carmen . . . transferred to Frisco location. Those former employees Understood the *importance* of Customer Service on a Personal Level. Knowledgeable. Professional. Communicative. Friendly. Greeted me with a *smile*. I looked forward to my next visits. 1 star for *current* employees at the PBT location on Independence Pkwy in Plano TX. I do *not* expect a royal red carpet when I enter that PBT location. I also do *not* expect employees who Appear Inconvenienced that I want to tan. Everyone has a Bad day. Myself included. 3 Consecutive visits greeted with Frowns and No Eye Contact are a *pattern* which is Unacceptable.
